A NeoDove alternative that does not bill by the rep
NeoDove licenses each user and bills WhatsApp, IVR and telephony separately. Saahak charges ₹709 a month for three modules, for the whole business, and keeps a fourth free forever. The calling side works the way your team already works -- and everything after the call is in the same login.
Where the two bills meet
We are not going to print NeoDove’s price here. It changes, the figures on review sites disagree with each other, and you already have a real quote in front of you.
So here is the arithmetic in a form that cannot go stale. This is the per-user rate that costs your team exactly what Saahak costs. Compare it with the number on your quote -- and remember to add their telephony and WhatsApp charges to it.
| Your team | Saahak, 3 modules | Same money, per seat |
|---|---|---|
| 5 people | ₹709/mo | ₹142/user |
| 10 people | ₹709/mo | ₹71/user |
| 20 people | ₹709/mo | ₹35/user |
| 50 people | ₹709/mo | ₹14/user |
Saahak's column does not move, because the price is per workspace. The last column is the per-seat rate that would cost you the same -- any quote above it costs more, before add-ons. Prices exclude GST at 18%.
What both of us already do
Campaigns, dispositions and assignment
Leads grouped into campaigns, your own call outcomes wired to stage moves, and automatic distribution to agents by round-robin or by who is carrying least. Saahak adds a per-agent ceiling, so a rep at capacity is skipped rather than buried.
Custom fields, tags and priority
Define the fields your business actually captures, tag leads, and mark what matters. Both of us export the same fields to CSV that you see on screen.
A shared WhatsApp inbox and templates
Approved templates from your own business number, and one inbox the team works from. In Saahak a rep claims a conversation so two people cannot answer the same customer at once.
Public lead-capture forms and webhooks
A hosted form that drops straight into a campaign with its own assignment pool, rate limited so a bot cannot flood it, plus rule-based automation that can call your own webhook.
Where NeoDove is the better buy
NeoDove is built around an agent app that places the call. If your operation depends on any of the following, buy NeoDove -- these are not gaps we are about to close.
A dialer in the agent's hand
NeoDove's mobile app dials from the queue and logs the call itself. In Saahak the rep taps the number and their own phone dials; we order the queue and capture the outcome, nothing more.
Cloud telephony, IVR and recordings
Virtual numbers, an IVR tree and recorded audio to review afterwards. Saahak has none of this. If you run quality checks on call recordings, it cannot support you.
Agent productivity and break tracking
Talk time, login hours, active-versus-on-break. Saahak reports calls made, connect rate and outcomes -- not how long someone spoke or when they stepped away.
Bulk SMS and a calling voicebot
NeoDove sells SMS campaigns and an AI calling agent. Saahak reaches people on WhatsApp and email only, and every call is made by a person.
Everything else on this page is running today. We would rather lose the sale here than in week two of your trial.
What you get instead
One price for the workspace
NeoDove is licensed per user, and WhatsApp, IVR and telephony are charged on top of the licence. Saahak is one monthly figure for the modules you turn on, for everyone in the business, with nothing metered per message on our side.
The deal continues past the call
A won lead becomes a quote, then a GST invoice with the CGST and SGST split, then a receipt against it, then a line in a double-entry ledger. NeoDove hands the customer to whatever you use next; Saahak already is whatever you use next.
Cooling-off that cannot drift
Set how long to wait after a no-answer and how many attempts are worth making. Saahak counts consecutive no-answers from the call history itself rather than a stored tally, so the number is right even after an import, a merge or a sync.
Leads that rot are reclaimed
A lead nobody has touched for the number of days you choose is freed overnight and reassigned by the same rules that placed it originally -- and never back to the rep who let it go cold.
Isolation you can check rather than trust
Every table refuses another business's rows at the database, not in our code, and we keep a suite of tests that try to break in as a genuine logged-in user and must fail before we release.

Your NeoDove export already maps
Saahak recognises a NeoDove export by its column headers and matches the fields for you. The import checks the file and shows what it found before a single row is written, and new leads route through your assignment rules as they land. TeleCRM and Zoho CRM exports are recognised the same way.
Run both for a fortnight and keep the one that fits
14-day trial, no card. One module stays free after.
