A TeleCRM alternative that stops counting your reps

TeleCRM charges ₹799 per user per month on an annual plan. Saahak charges ₹709 a month for three modules and does not care how many people sign in. One seat of TeleCRM already costs more than a Saahak workspace.

TeleCRM rate read from telecrm.in/pricing on 3 August 2026: ₹799 per user per month billed annually, or ₹1,099 billed quarterly, plus ₹200 per user per month for Chat Sync and a one-time ₹1,999 WhatsApp API setup. Saahak’s column is three modules for the whole workspace with a fourth kept free. Both exclude GST. Check their current price before you decide.

What both of us already do

The calling basics, on both

An ordered call list, your own call outcomes, follow-up reminders, round-robin assignment to agents, custom fields, tags and lead priority. Neither of us is short of these and neither should charge you extra for them.

WhatsApp through the official API

Both send approved templates from your own business number rather than a personal WhatsApp. TeleCRM charges a one-time ₹1,999 to set the API up; Saahak connects your number without a setup fee.

Automations and reports

Rules that fire when a stage or an outcome changes, a leaderboard, and reporting on calls and conversion. TeleCRM includes 10,000 automation runs a month; Saahak does not meter them.

Where TeleCRM is the better buy

If any of the following decides it for you, buy TeleCRM. These are not gaps we are about to close, and pretending otherwise would waste your trial.

It dials, and it records

TeleCRM's one-click dialer places the call from the app and records it. Saahak orders the queue and captures the outcome, but your rep's own phone makes the call and there is no recording to review.

It has a real mobile app

Saahak runs in a phone browser. It installs to the home screen and the call queue keeps working without a signal, but it is not a native app and there are no push notifications.

It pulls leads from more places

TeleCRM advertises capture from over fifteen platforms. Saahak reads IndiaMART directly plus any service that can post a signed webhook, a CSV, or a Google Sheet -- fewer one-click sources.

It is month to month if you want

TeleCRM will bill you quarterly. Saahak is sold on a twelve-month commitment and we do not offer a shorter one at any price.

What you get instead

The bill stops growing when you hire

TeleCRM is priced per user, so a tenth rep costs a tenth licence. Saahak is priced per workspace: the same three modules cost the same whether four people or forty use them.

What happens after the call is won

TeleCRM ends at the lead. Saahak carries the same customer into a quote, a GST invoice with the CGST and SGST split, the payment against it, stock if you hold any, and a double-entry ledger. No second tool, no re-typing the customer's name a third way.

The queue survives a bad signal

Calls made in a basement or a factory log to the device and sync when the network returns, along exactly the same path as an online save, with a guard so a lost response cannot log the call twice.

Leads arrive from IndiaMART already signed

A dedicated IndiaMART connection reads their push format directly, and the webhook is cryptographically signed and timestamped so a replayed or forged payload cannot inject leads into your pipeline.

You can take everything out again

One action exports the whole workspace as a single file. A separate tool finds everything held about one person for a DPDP request, hands them a copy or erases it, and says plainly what it will not erase -- such as tax invoices GST law requires you keep for eight years.

The pipeline in the live demo. The enquiry that lands here and the GST invoice you raise for it later are the same record -- not an export between two tools.

Your TeleCRM export already maps

Saahak recognises a TeleCRM export by its column headers and matches the fields for you. Import checks the file and shows you what it found before anything is written, so a bad row is caught while it is still a preview. NeoDove and Zoho CRM exports are recognised the same way.

Bring your leads over

Try it against your own list, not a demo one
