The bill is attached to the workspace, not to the people in it

Every module in Saahak is ₹249 a month for your entire business. Each one you add costs 5% less than the one before it. Hiring your fifth rep, or your fiftieth, does not change what you pay -- there is no seat to buy, and no per-user line anywhere in the product.

Each module costs less than the last

The discount compounds off the previous price, so the sentence is true as written rather than as marketing: the second module really is 5% below the first, and the sixth is 5% below the fifth.

Monthly price by number of paid modules
Paid modulesThis one costsRunning total
First module₹249₹249
Module 25% off₹235₹484
Module 35% off₹225₹709
Module 45% off₹215₹924
Module 55% off₹205₹1,129
Module 65% off₹195₹1,324

Any one module is free forever and is not counted in this table -- you choose which. Prices exclude GST at 18%, shown separately on every invoice. Saahak is sold on a 12-month commitment.

What a per-seat price would have to be to match it

Rather than reprint a competitor’s rate that may have changed this morning, here is the arithmetic in the only form that cannot go stale. Take three modules. This is the per-user price that would cost your team the same amount.

What Saahak costs a whole team each month, and the per-seat rate that matches it
Your teamSaahak, 3 modulesSame money, per seat
5 people₹709/mo₹142/user
10 people₹709/mo₹71/user
20 people₹709/mo₹35/user
50 people₹709/mo₹14/user

Saahak's column does not move, because the price is per workspace. The last column is the per-seat rate that would cost you the same -- anything above it costs more. Prices exclude GST at 18%.

Free is common. The second one is where it is decided

Odoo gives you one app free forever with unlimited users, and has for years. So the free tier is not the interesting part of either offer -- what you pay the day you need a second thing is.

On Odoo, a second app moves the whole business onto a per-user plan. On Saahak, a second module is ₹249 a month, whoever is using it.

Odoo rates read from odoo.com/pricing on 3 August 2026: One App Free is one app with unlimited users; Standard is ₹580 per user per month introductory, ₹725 list, billed yearly, and it includes all of their apps -- which ours at this step does not. Zoho CRM’s free edition, read the same day, stops at three users. Check both before you decide; prices move.

Where paying per team is the wrong deal

Per-workspace pricing is a bet that you have more people than modules. That bet does not always pay, and here is exactly when it does not.

If there are three or four of you and you want everything

Odoo's introductory rate buys every app they make for less than the full Saahak suite until roughly your sixth person. Our pricing starts winning around five or six people and pulls away from there.

If one person will ever use it

A single-user business pays the same as a fifty-person one. That is the deal working as intended, and it is a bad deal for a sole trader.

If you need breadth we do not have

Zoho and Odoo have hundreds of apps, native mobile apps, marketplaces and partner networks. Saahak has nineteen modules, a phone browser and no marketplace. Cheaper is not the same as bigger.

If you want month to month

Saahak is a 12-month commitment. Zoho and Odoo will both sell you a monthly plan at a higher rate; we do not offer one at any rate.

We would rather you read this now than discover it in month two.

What “free forever” means here

When the 14-day trial ends you keep one module, permanently, and you choose which one. There is no seat limit on it and no record cap -- if eleven people need to be in the leads list, eleven people are in the leads list. If you never add a paid module, that carries on being true.

One workspace, billed once, however many people open it. Shot from the live demo -- today's pace card sits first, because that is the number the whole team is working against.

Price it for the team you are hiring, not the one you have

14-day trial, no card. One module stays free after.
