See what a WhatsApp campaign costs before you send it
Pick your leads, press preview, and Saahak states the rupee figure and who is actually reachable before a single message leaves. No WhatsApp Business API account? The same leads go out from your own number instead, one tap each, logged against the lead. The rest of the CRM sits behind it at ₹249 a module.
No card. One module stays free forever when the trial ends.

No WhatsApp Business API account? Send from the number you already use
Applying for the official API means a Meta Business verification, a number you cannot use on your phone any more, and templates waiting on approval. Most teams of six are not going to do that this month, and they should not have to in order to follow up properly. So Saahak’s follow-up sequences have a channel that uses your own WhatsApp.
Your number, your WhatsApp, one tap
Saahak builds the link and opens WhatsApp with the recipient and the message already filled in. You press send inside WhatsApp. There is no Meta Business API account to apply for, no template to get approved, and no per-message charge from anyone -- it is your own WhatsApp doing what it already does.
The message is written before you open it
Nurture steps carry the text, with the lead's own name and the fields you chose merged in. A rep is not composing anything at 11am; they are reading a queue and pressing send.
It is logged as OPENED, never as delivered
This is the honest limit of the method and we would rather state it here than have you find it. Once WhatsApp takes over, nothing reports back to us. Saahak records that the message was opened for that lead, on that date, by that rep -- and never dresses that up as sent or read.
Due today, per rep, in one list
Every manual WhatsApp touch that is due sits in My Work, scoped to the leads that rep owns. Confirm or skip; the sequence advances either way, so a skipped step does not stall the follow-up.
Opt-outs are obeyed on both paths
A lead who has opted out is excluded from the manual queue and refused by the API sender, by the same rule in the same place. There is no path through Saahak that messages somebody who told you to stop.

The rupee number comes before the send button, not after it
If you do connect the official API, every bulk send is two steps and the first one cannot send anything.
Select the leads and press preview
Nothing is sent. Saahak counts what would actually go out: how many of the selected leads are reachable, how many are excluded because they opted out, and how many have no phone number on the record. Those are subtractions from your list, and the page shows them as subtractions rather than quietly shrinking the number.
Read the rupee figure, then decide
The estimate is the reachable count times Meta's published India rate for that template's category. Only a second, explicit press sends anything. A bulk send that fires on the first click is how a business accidentally messages three hundred people, so the first click cannot send.

Worked example, computed by the same code the product runs: 340 leads selected, 12 opted out, 9 without a number, so 319 are messaged at ₹0.7846 each -- ₹250.29, billed to your business by Meta. Rates are Meta’s published India price list as we record it, not a quote from us.
What is not true yet, said here rather than found in your trial
Two of these are limits of the method and will not change. One is a queue we are sitting in at Meta. All four are things a competitor would let you discover in week three.
Connecting your own API number is not open yet
The integration is built and running against our own number, but Meta's app review for it has not cleared. Until it does, a new workspace uses the wa.me path above -- which needs no approval from anyone and works from the first hour. We will not pretend a queue at Meta is a feature.
wa.me can never confirm delivery
Once the message is handed to WhatsApp, nothing reports back. Saahak logs it as opened, by that rep, on that date. If you need delivered and read receipts on every message, you need the official API, and that means the Meta application above.
No bulk SMS, no dialer, no call recording
WhatsApp and email only, and Saahak never places the call -- your rep taps the number and their own phone dials it. If you are shopping for in-app dialling or recorded audio for QA, Runo, NeoDove and TeleCRM do that and Saahak does not.
The rate card is our record, not our price
The rupee figures on this page are Meta's published India rates as we hold them. Meta bills your business directly and can reprice without telling us. Treat the preview as a close estimate, not an invoice.
Everything else on this page is built and running today. We would rather lose a click here than a customer in week three.
₹249 a module, and one module never costs anything
WhatsApp and calling together are ₹249 a month for your whole team. Add Leads and Nurture and all three are ₹709 a month, because each module you add costs 5% less than the one before it. When the trial ends you choose one module to keep free, permanently -- nothing is deleted, and the rest returns the moment you add it back. Hire a tenth rep and the bill does not move.
The full rate cardCalling is the other half of the same queue -- how the call queue works. Comparing us against something you already run? We wrote up NeoDove and TeleCRM, including where each of them is the better buy.
| Your team | Saahak, 3 modules | Same money, per seat |
|---|---|---|
| 6 people | ₹709/mo | ₹118/user |
| 10 people | ₹709/mo | ₹71/user |
| 20 people | ₹709/mo | ₹35/user |
| 50 people | ₹709/mo | ₹14/user |
Saahak's column does not move, because the price is per workspace. The last column is the per-seat rate that would cost you the same -- anything above it costs more. Prices exclude GST at 18%.
