A telecalling CRM your reps can finish a shift on
One queue, in order. Call, send an official WhatsApp, log what happened, next. The pipeline moves as a side effect of the call being logged, so nothing is typed twice and nothing is remembered in a notebook.
No card. One module stays free forever when the trial ends.

Two held back by your cooling-off rule. The queue says so rather than hiding them.
What the queue does that a spreadsheet cannot
The order is decided for you
Leads nobody has called come first, then the ones left longest. A rep opens the queue and starts talking instead of deciding who to ring, which is where the first twenty minutes of a shift usually go.
A number that did not answer is not dialled again immediately
Set how long to wait and how many attempts are worth making. Saahak counts consecutive no-answers from the call history itself rather than a stored tally, so the count cannot drift, and it resets the moment someone actually picks up. The queue says a lead is being held and for how long -- it never quietly shrinks.
The outcome is one tap, and it moves the deal
Write your own outcomes -- site visit booked, asked to call after Diwali, wrong number -- and say which stage each one moves the lead to. Logging the call moves the pipeline, so nobody updates two places.
WhatsApp from your own business number
Official Meta Business API, your number, your approved templates, with one-tap sends split by whether the call connected. Delivery is reported only when Meta reports it: if a message shows as sent and not delivered, that is genuinely all we know.
It keeps working when the signal does not
In a basement, a factory or a lift, calls log to the device and sync when the network returns, through exactly the same path as an online save. A lost response cannot double-log the same call.
Leads that go quiet come back
Turn on reclaim and a lead nobody has touched for the number of days you set is freed and reassigned overnight -- by the same rules that assigned it originally, and never back to the rep who let it go cold.

Saahak does not dial the phone, and that is a real difference
Runo, NeoDove and TeleCRM ship a mobile app that places the call and records it. Saahak does not do any of that, and if in-app dialling is what you are shopping for, one of them is the better buy. Here is exactly where the line falls.
No dialer and no click-to-call
Your rep taps the number and their phone dials it. Saahak orders the queue and captures what happened; it never places the call.
No call recording and no IVR
There is no cloud telephony, no virtual number and no recorded audio to review later. If you run a QA process on recordings, Saahak cannot support it.
No bulk SMS
WhatsApp and email only. There is no SMS gateway, so campaigns that depend on SMS reach are out of scope.
No talk-time or break tracking
Saahak reports calls made, connect rate and outcomes. It does not measure how long a rep spoke or when they were on a break.
Everything else on this page is built and running today. We would rather lose a sale here than during your trial.
One price for the team, not one per rep
Calls & WhatsApp is ₹249 a month. Add Leads and Nurture and the three together are ₹709 a month for everyone in the business, because each module you add costs 5% less than the last. Hire a tenth rep and the bill does not move.
How per-team pricing worksAlready using something else? We wrote up how Saahak differs from NeoDove and TeleCRM, including where each of them is the better buy -- or read the whole market compared, with every price read from the vendor’s own page.
| Your team | Saahak, 3 modules | Same money, per seat |
|---|---|---|
| 5 people | ₹709/mo | ₹142/user |
| 10 people | ₹709/mo | ₹71/user |
| 20 people | ₹709/mo | ₹35/user |
| 50 people | ₹709/mo | ₹14/user |
Saahak's column does not move, because the price is per workspace. The last column is the per-seat rate that would cost you the same -- anything above it costs more. Prices exclude GST at 18%.
