The best telecalling CRMs in India, compared by a competitor

Published 7 August 2026- prices re-read from each vendor’s own page that day - 9 min

Disclosure first: we make Saahak, one of the tools below. Every other list in this category is also written by a vendor -- they just put the byline at the bottom. So here is the deal this page offers instead: every price was read from the vendor’s own pricing page on the date above, every tool’s section leads with what it is genuinely best at, and our own section states the two things Saahak cannot do that most of these can. Judge the list by whether that deal is kept.

The short answer

If your operation runs on in-app dialling and recorded calls, buy Runo (Rs 599/user/month on the yearly plan, dialer and recording included) or NeoDove. If you are a solo operator, TeleCRM at Rs 799/user/month is proven. If you want unlimited seats on one flat bill and mostly need lead management, Kylasis built exactly for that. If your company already lives in Zoho’s suite, stay in it. And if you want the whole team on one per-workspace price with the call queue, official WhatsApp, GST invoicing and the ledger in the same login -- and you can live without a dialer -- Saahak is ₹709/month for three modules whether four people use it or forty.

Prices ex-GST, read from each vendor’s own pricing page on 7 August 2026, except NeoDove, whose page does not render prices to automated readers -- we describe their model rather than guess their number. Saahak’s figure derives from the same code that produces its invoices. Prices move; check the vendor before deciding.

Runo

Best at: the dialer itself. SIM-based calling from the rep’s own number with recording, live team status and auto-allocation, all included at every tier -- Rs 899/user/month quarterly falling to Rs 599 on the yearly plan, with WhatsApp as a Rs 149/user add-on. If the calls themselves are the asset -- QA, training, disputes -- this is the strongest pure-calling package on the list. The trade: it is a calling tool first, so quotes, invoicing and everything after the call live in other software.

NeoDove

Best at: high-volume outbound with manager oversight -- autodialing, campaign management, agent productivity tracking, and a large installed base. Licensed per user on annual plans with WhatsApp, IVR and VoIP billed as add-ons; their pricing page does not publish figures to automated readers, so get a written quote and add the add-ons before comparing. If you run a calling floor and want to see everything agents do, this is built for you. We compare ourselves to them directly, including where they win, at Saahak vs NeoDove.

TeleCRM

Best at: the solo operator and the two-person team. One plan with the dialer, recording, WhatsApp tools and automations at Rs 799/user/month billed annually (Rs 1,099 quarterly), chat sync at Rs 200/user extra. It is simple to start and covers a lot for the money -- per user. At ten people it is Rs 7,990 a month, which is where per-seat arithmetic starts to bite. Our direct comparison, including where they win, is at Saahak vs TeleCRM.

Kylas

Best at: unlimited seats on one flat bill. A free tier with unlimited users (capped at 1,000 records) and a flat-priced paid plan where headcount never changes the price -- the same bet Saahak makes, and Kylas made it first at their scale. Watch the add-on sheet, which is where the flat promise leaks: custom fields at Rs 200 per field per month, workflows and email templates in metered packs, goals at Rs 2,500 a month, BI analytics at Rs 5,000. Telecalling runs through telephony partners rather than a built-in dialer. For a lead-management-first team of 25+, it deserves your shortlist.

Zoho -- Bigin and Zoho CRM

Best at: breadth and ecosystem. Bigin is a genuinely good small pipeline tool from about $7/user/month; Zoho CRM runs Rs 800 (Standard) to Rs 2,600 (Ultimate) per user per month, and everything integrates with everything else Zoho makes. Telephony comes via partner integrations. If your business already runs on Zoho Books or Zoho People, staying inside the suite is a defensible default. The free tiers are the trap to read carefully: Zoho CRM’s stops at three users, Bigin’s at one user and 500 records.

Saahak -- ours

Best at: pricing the workspace instead of the person, and continuing past the call. Every module is ₹249/month for the whole team, each additional one 5% cheaper -- three modules are ₹709/month whether four people or forty use them, and any one module is free forever. The call queue orders the day (never-called first, cooling-off between retries, works offline), WhatsApp is the official Meta API from your own number with no per-user charge, and a won lead becomes a quote, a GST invoice with the CGST/SGST split, a payment and a ledger entry without leaving the login.

Now the part a vendor list would hide: Saahak has no dialer and no call recording. The rep’s own phone places the call; we log outcomes. There is no bulk SMS, no IVR, and no native mobile app (it runs in the phone’s browser, and the queue keeps working offline). If recorded calls are how you run QA, buy Runo or NeoDove -- genuinely. The full walkthrough is at the telecalling page, and the pricing logic at per-team pricing.

How to choose in one minute

  • Recorded calls are non-negotiable -- Runo or NeoDove.
  • You are one or two people -- TeleCRM.
  • 25+ seats, lead management first -- Kylas, add-on sheet in hand.
  • Already paying Zoho for three other things -- stay in Zoho.
  • One bill for the whole team, and the sale must end in a GST invoice -- that is what we built Saahak for.

Asked constantly

Which telecalling CRM has a built-in dialer and call recording?

Runo, NeoDove and TeleCRM all ship dialers with recording. Kylas and Zoho connect to telephony partners. Saahak has neither -- the rep’s phone dials, Saahak logs the outcome.

Which is cheapest for a 10-person team?

Depends on the model, not the headline rate. Per-user tools multiply: TeleCRM at Rs 799/user is Rs 7,990/month for ten. Per-workspace pricing does not: Saahak is ₹709/month for three modules at any team size, and Kylas is flat-priced with metered add-ons.

Do any of these send WhatsApp from the official Business API?

Several, usually as a paid per-user add-on. Saahak includes official-API messaging with no per-user charge; Meta bills message costs directly at its own rates. One warning that applies to the whole market: unofficial WhatsApp sync risks getting a business number banned, and no tool should be bought for that feature.
