How a manufacturer or trader runs on Saahak
A trading or small manufacturing business -- fasteners, pipes, packaging, components -- where enquiries arrive from IndiaMART and references, every order needs a quote and a GST invoice, and the stock register lives in a different file from everything else.
The arithmetic worth doing once
An illustration in round numbers. A trader's funnel is short but leaky in one specific place: enquiries that never get a quote.
An illustration, not a customer’s results. Redo every number with your own.
- 100 IndiaMART enquiriesplus references and repeat buyers
- 50 answered same dayresponse speed is the whole IndiaMART game
- 20 ask for a quoteprice-checkers included -- quote them anyway
- 6 negotiate seriouslyhere the follow-up cadence decides
- 3 ordersand a repeat buyer is worth five new enquiries
At these ratios an order costs ~33 enquiries and the quotes that never went out are the leak: an enquiry answered same-day with a written quote converts at multiples of one answered on Thursday. The fix is a queue and a quote that takes two minutes, not a better salesperson.
How the day actually runs
IndiaMART enquiries land by themselves
Saahak reads IndiaMART's push format natively -- the webhook is signed and replay-proof, and each enquiry becomes a lead with its source and the buyer's requirement in the note, routed to whoever is up next.
Quote in minutes, from the product catalogue
Products carry HSN codes and rates, so a quote is picking lines, not retyping them. A won quote converts to a GST invoice with the CGST/SGST or IGST split done for you.
Stock moves with the paperwork
Inventory is valued at weighted-average cost; sales draw it down and purchases from vendor bills build it up. Two lines below reorder level is a report you check, not a surprise on dispatch day.
Receivables stop hiding
Payments record against invoices, so outstanding-by-customer and aging are one screen. The double-entry ledger sits behind it for your accountant, with a one-way Tally export they can import.
The owner reads one email a day
Yesterday's enquiries, quotes out, orders won and money collected -- the daily digest, sent only on days something actually happened.

Where Saahak is the wrong tool for this business
Read this before the trial, not during it. Every line below is deliberate scope, not a roadmap gap we are about to close.
No e-invoicing and no e-Way Bills
Saahak produces GST invoices with the correct split. It does not generate IRNs or file e-Way Bills with the NIC -- if your turnover requires e-invoicing, your filing tool or CA handles that step.
Tally is an export, not a sync
One-way XML your accountant imports through Gateway of Tally, covering sales and receipts. There is no live connection and no purchase-side export.
Purchases carry totals, not line items
Vendor bills record amount and tax as figures. There is no line-level CGST/SGST split on the purchase side, so Saahak cannot prepare input-tax-credit workings.
No production planning
No BOMs, no job cards, no machine scheduling. Saahak tracks what you buy, hold and sell -- not how you make it.
Everything else on this page is built and running today.
The modules this business turns on
9 modules, one of them free forever -- you choose which, so the team pays the ladder price of 8. That is ₹1,684/month for the whole team, whether 7 people use it or fifty. Prices exclude GST at 18%.

Any module can be the free one; the first above is simply a sensible pick for this business. Figures derive from the live price list.
Asked before the trial
Does Saahak generate e-invoices with IRN?
No. It produces GST invoices with the CGST/SGST or IGST split calculated for you. IRN generation and e-Way Bill filing are not integrated -- your filing tool or CA does that step.
How do IndiaMART enquiries come in?
Natively. You paste Saahak's endpoint into IndiaMART's Push API settings and each enquiry becomes a lead automatically, with a cryptographically verified webhook so forged payloads are rejected.
Does it work with Tally?
As a one-way export: Saahak produces a Tally XML file covering sales and receipts that your accountant imports. It is not a live integration, and we do not call it one.
